In that context, I gained extensive insights into workplace dynamics and a comprehensive understanding of the strategies and policies of HR leaders, in relation to talent attraction, retention and engagement. 

In many occasions I've been invited as speaker in international HR congresses in UK, Italy, Spain, Brazil, France, and signed several articles in international newspapers and management magazines like Harvard Business Review, The Telegraph, La Repubblica, El Economista, Capital Humano, HRD UK and many others.
